I work as a Waitress betweenn 5 to 9 hrs 5 days a week. I average between 30 To 40 hours a week. I move alot at work. Lifting and moving helping with dishes carrying heavy stacks of plates. I also Have two young children at home that i take care of an go to school part time. Im rarely Sitting at all during The day. I only watch tv While im laying down for bed. Ive maybe watched 3 total This week. If I eat less than 1800 calories a day I feel hungry non-stop. And irritable.

Calculate your TDEE. Then determine if you want to -20% off for faster weight loss or -15%. Be realistic. I'm not sure how much you have to lose...
I would say you are probably Moderate/Heavy. Go with Moderate first and see what the # is, then do Heavy ... and go inbetween them. I used to waitress....it is a lot of moving.0 -
I'd probably start with moderately, too. It's likely you can lose weight at 1800 calories a day, but it's hard to say without knowing your stats.0

I weigh 216 lbs. I hope to lose about 60 at around 1.5 tO 2 lbs a week0

Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. As a waitress, set your activity level to active for two weeks, then reevaluate.

Edited to add that 2 lb. per week is unhealthy for someone with only 60 lb. to lose. You could try 1.5 lb. per week for the first 10 lb., but then you should change your goal to 1 lb. per week.0 -
I would start with active. Between your job and your children, you are really active. Also, set your account to 1.5lb per week and eat foods higher in protein and fats. In fact, I would adjust macros to around 40% carbs, 30% protein and fats. Protein will help preserve your lean body mass which helps maintain your metabolic functions.0

Ive been a horrid eater. 5 plus pops a day fast food everyday etc. Ive been slowly trying to change my
Habits with a mote realistic approach so it is more maintainable. 1800
Calories seems to be a magic number for me with
Feeling satisfied etc.even that has to be an
Improvement from the way i was eating before0
