Prancing around the same weight?

Anyone else seem to lose a pound, go up a pound? An endless cycle, prancing around the same weight? It took me forever to break through the scale on my weight at 148 lbs and now I gained that pound back again, plus more... that I tried to lose for weeks...

Up, down, up, down, up, down. How do I break this cycle and lose steadily again?

I know I don't have that much to lose but is that why?

    Yes, but I know exactly why I am. I'm not putting into it what I should or need to, to lose. I'm maintaining for the moment because I've had to become a care giver and other issues. Hopefully I can get back to my killer workouts sooner than later.
