My local YMCA has just started up TRX classes. I decided to try it out two days a week and I really enjoy it. Is TRX body blast considered a cardio or strength training?

Not sure what body blast is, but I own a TRX and doing body weight exercises on that is strength training. That being said, it sounds like it is a class that incorporates TRX exercises while keeping an elevated hear rate, if that is the case, then it is both strength training and cardio.
If you could explain what a typical routine is I could help more.0 -
Can be both. Lactic acid build up will help determine if it's more strength than cardio.

Body blast is what the class is called. We do everything is sets of 8-10. It is more about the number of reps and less about how quickly they are being done. I kind of thought it might be a little cardio and strength, but wasn't sure. Thanks for the input.0
