Hi fellow 'MFP'ers lol,
I have used MFP before, but I want serious, it's come to a point where enough is enough and I want to be fit, healthy and comfortable in my own skin.
To do that, I aim to work out 5-6 days per week and eat clean. I'm also hoping to make friends along the way who can support me and who I can also support.
today is day 1 of my journey and hope some of you are happy to join me on this journey.
