I'm Alex and I'm 19. I currently weigh 112(ish) lbs and I'm not really looking to lose weight, I just want to get healthier and more fit. I already don't eat wheat or dairy because of intolerances but I'm in the process of trying (and failing) to cut out sugar and add more exercise into my life. Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar boat? I've been trying out the brazilian butt lift workout videos (I have no butt haha) and love stuff like dancing and zumba as well. Hope to chat with someone soon!
