Does this still count?

Hi! This is probably a very stupid question as I am quite new to this whole weight loss/exercise thing (at least seriously, anyway...) but I was just wondering... I do 10 mins of jump rope a day to get a little bit of cardio in as well as the work I do with weights, but I take 10 second breaks every 30 seconds. Does this still count as a full 10 minutes of cardio as my heart rate is elevated, or does it only count as like 7/8 minutes with the breaks considered?
Just wondering for logging purposes.

Yes, I count the whole thing 10 min, like you said heart rate is elevated. I am not an expert, but if I stop and take a water break walking for a few sec, I count the whole walk/run.0
