Alternative to protein powder?

Hi - looking for suggestions for an alternative to protein powder? Either shake recipes or good snacks. I am about 5ft 3" roughly 118 lbs and am looking to build more muscle. I take a boot camp class about 3x a week where we do a lot of weights and then run usually 1 day a week. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Chicken breasts are pretty popular as a cheapish, easy-to-prepare protein source.

    Well, protein powder is the alternative when not getting enough protein from food in your diet. :) So look for ways to increase that...meat, fish, nuts, cheese etc.

    I add greek yogurt to my smoothies in place of protein powder.

    Real food? If you get enough protien through food there is no need to supplement protein. Eggs, tuna, chicken, beef, milk, yogurt, cheese, beans, etc.
