You have to do a warm up and cool down still, so it will still take longer then 20 seconds! Also how are you supposed to work all the areas you want to/want to work in only 20 seconds??0

Way overkill. A good workout shouldn't take longer than 5 seconds.
But i like his concept of REHIT - "reduced exertion high-intensity training". That's like walking to the fridge instead of running.0 -
