LOVE IT!! I'm on Level 2 and it has been well worth my $10. It's a great workout in less than 30 minutes. I say for so little $$$ it's worth a try!0

Ive had it since April. Its a good workout but Im starting to get burnt out after six months. To switch it up I joined fitness connection two weeks ago. I recommend it. I hope your prepared for some soreness lol.0

It's a pretty good workout. I've done all three levels, and they are all challenging in different ways. You're only going to burn 200 or so calories doing the workout though.0

you might wanna check your cable if you have digital cable, free on demand, scroll to exercise tv, and it has all kinds of exercise the 30day shred is one of 'em that's on there.0

I got it through netflix and liked it so much I bought my own copy. I worked my way through the 3 levels and now I use them interchangeably. It's a good 20 min. workout. Yes, it's only good for around 200 calories. I love the changes I have seen in my muscle tone though.
I liked it so much I tried yoga meltdown also by Jillian Michaels. I had never tried yoga before and I really like that one too.
