Who am I?

I am noticing things that make me wonder who I am. Like I just ate a deviled egg as a snack. Just one and it was satisfying. Seriously have been craving them for some reason. This is not my 'pre-mfp normal' where I would have eaten something super sugary and probably my entire days worth of calories in one sitting! Loving this new relationship with food.

What's made you suddenly recognize the changes you are making?

I've eaten a cup of ice cream every day for the month of March and I've been steadily losing weight, wouldn't have thought that was possible before I understood how fat loss and proper nutrition really worked...

I had a slice of cake one day, and still lost weight that week. Then I increased my daily calories and still lost weight. This lead me to subsequently take all the previous advice and "guidance" I'd gotten from someone who's a personal trainer and threw it out the window (e.g. I should eat 1200 to 1300 calories per day when my BMR is 1600, don't eat carbs after 4pm - even vegetables).

ETA: Said personal trainer is great at creating challenging workouts, but not so great at diet and nutrition plans...
