Hello! Cooking Advice!

Hey Everyone! My name is Jessica, Im from small town Casa Grande Az. I currently added the app and so far I am obsessed. My goal is to be healthy and fit. I am very active I love the gym but I absolutely hate the kitchen. Now that I’m no longer living in a dorm and have grown up responsibilities I am finding it harder to learn. However, I am willing to learn but I don't really think I will enjoy it. Any advice on some simple healthy foods that don't require alot of ingredients and preparation time?
