I ran up my stairs for 22 minutes. If I weight 133 pounds, how many calories did I burn? Thanks! :)

150-200? Hard to know without a heart rate monitor or another exercise to baseline it from.

If I jog, I sort of sweat a bit, barely breathe heavy. And for me that burns about 500 calories per hour
If I walk, I don't sweat, don't breath heavy at all. And that burns about 300 calories per hour
If I BUST MY TAIL for an hour and sweat like you wouldn't believe, have to stop to catch my breath every 4 minutes or so, that burns about 700 calories per hour - max.
If I just stand up in place for an hour, like doing dishes, that's about 120 calories per hour
If I lay in bed, that's 60 calories per hour

But those are MY numbers. Getting a HRM or pedometer helps figure this stuff out for you individually.

    Edited for clarity.

You're talking about a whole lot of variables there that would have to be considered...nobody is going to be able to definitively answer that question.

I doubt you only ran up the stairs, you had to come down, too so you didn't do 22 minutes. How old are you, are you male or female, your current weight, how fast you actually ran all have to be taken into account.

Was it a spiral staircase? Inside or outside? Was there a railing?
