Eat as much sugar as you want

Carbs are very important for spiking insulin after workout to stimulate muscle growth. Faster the better, yep sugar.
As long as you are within your calorie goals and macros, eat the damn sugar!
As far as that article goes, to eat that percentage of sugar, you would be eating outside your macros if you were bulking properly with an adequate amount of protein and fats. Only an idiot would consume fizzy drinks and sugary snacks entirely for the carb part of their diet.0 -
Added sugar and refined sugars are pretty terrible for you. After a big workout get some carbs, but mostly protein.0
