Pre-loggers help me out?

So, I usually log all my food after I ate it. And usually Wednesday is my no-logging day because I am stuck at uni all day. I am trying to pre-log everything to see if it might work for me. So for tomorrow I have logged everything until 7 pm. I'll be home at that time and will be having a lemonade and some chips or cheese or whatever.
So...please take a look at my food for tomorrow and tell me if I am missing something. I am not going for super clean, but rather for keeping me awake, easy to pack, and munching all day. Also, macros aren't a problem, except for protein, so I might throw in a protein bar for 182 cals somewhere.
morning snack / breakfast: trail mix + iced coffee = 393 cals
lunch: chicken breast + carrot sticks + herb quark + mini cheese + coffee chocolate = 353 cals
afternoon snack: trail mix = 237 cals
early evening boost: energy drink = 145 cals
that's a total of 1128 cals and leaves me with 522 cals for dinner
Comments? Suggestions? Am I missing something?

It seems pretty good. I would probably replace one of the trail mixes with more protein though (protein bar sounds like a plan).0
