Stalled - Me, or the Scales?

Hi all,
I've been using MFP to assist with weight loss for the last couple of months now, and so far I've been pretty happy with the results. Have dropped from ~107kg to ~99kg in about 9 weeks, at a target rate of 1kg/week. Eventual end goal is 85kg.
However, for almost the last 2 weeks now, every time I weigh myself I'm exactly 99.05 kg on my WeightWatchers-brand digital scale - this model : http://www.conair.com/instruction_booklets/06AD15148 ww33_ww35 IB mechx1a.pdf
When I say exactly 99.05, I mean exactly - according to the scales, I've varied in weight by less than 50g in either direction for the last 12 days. I can get a higher weight reading by standing on the scales with e.g a briefcase, but no matter what I haven't had it read below 99.05, whether I've been to the toilet, had a shower, eaten breakfast, anything.
My question is - is it likely to be a glitch with the scales? Or has my body just decided 99.05kg is my personal Nirvana and it's refusing to leave it come hell or high water?

Weigh the briefcase. If it weighs considerably less than 99.05 then the scales are ok. I use my son's dumbells to periodically check my scales.0

perhaps you need to change your diet and increase your activity. I started using MFP properly only a few weeks ago when i had a similar problem. Last August i weighed 106.4 kg and after watching Joe Cross video fat sick and nearly dead i took a keen interest in juicing. So began my weight loss campaign i would drink extracted green veg and fruit juice in the day and have steamed veg with a portion of fish at night and drink green tea and snack on almonds and walnuts. i would treat myself with whatever once a week. By december i was down to 98 KG. I have a target and that is too achieve my ideal weight of 78kg. At the start of this year i was down to about 87kg but then it would not go down no matter what. i kept on checking the weight on the scales and the reading would always be between 85kg and 87kg. Only a few weeks ago i started to use the MFP app on my phone that i set my daily calorie rate at 1500 and increased my excercise sessions by burning more calories per session. Now my weight has began to decrease and its 83kg. With a fixed intake of calories and a higher output of calories during workouts is doing the job for me and its a great feeling to lose so much weight but i do feel weak also which is something i need to work on once i reach my ideal weight. What was a reasonable amount of weigt loss at the start no longer is near the end.
Have you reduced your weight loss weekly goal down to next level?
That in effect has you eating more, but should still be enough for loss.
Of course, right now you are eating at maintenance if no change in weight - that kinda of sucks.
Because if this is your new maintenance level because of body adapting to this eating level, where to next?
Also, bad logging won't have as bad an effect with a lot to lose, but you have smaller margin for error near the end.
You weighing all the foods you eat, and measuring liquids only?0
