Having issues with MFP nutrition goal suggestions

Im not sure if I did something wrong when entering the amounts of how much I want to loose and such or if 150 grams of carbs a day is normal? seems like a lot to me

    The percentages MFP gives as the base is skewed according to most people here. Don't use the guided setup. Set your own percentages. But then again, the prevailing mindset on MFP is that if calories in is less than calories out, then you lose weight, so macros don't really matter.

    The MFP template (which you can customize) is 50% carbs. Carbs are 4 calories/gram, so 150 grams is 600 calories or 50% of 1200. So it's actually the minimum you will get unless you customize.
