frustrated

I am a very SLOW loser..I am lucky to get 1 pound a month. I have been running for 10 weeks and still haven't lost a pound. I hope to someday be able to post that I've been successfull. I've tried eating little calories, more calories, no carbs. not sure why my body is so resistant.

    Looking at your diary there's a some days not logged, some days I hope you only partially logged because you barely ate anything, and some days in the red. Start there. Log - EVERYTHING, weigh or measure everything (weigh solids, measure liquids). Make sure you're as accurate as possible with both your food and exercise. I'm a horribly slow loser too - but I know all the reasons for that are in my diary, as much as I'd like to blame anything else for it!
