cross fit eating habits

I just started doing cross fit stuff, but still incorporating abs a couple days in the week, and I was wondering what and how much you eat if you do this stuff? My coworkers seem to do something along the lines of a fruit with honey in the morning, granola or fruit as snacks frequently throughout the day, and oatmeal with protein and fruit in it for lunch. Unsure about dinners. So I'm just curious.

    No different than anything else except for the fact you can probably stand to eat more than a sedentary person...

    Depends on what your workouts are structured like, and your goals though I suppose.
