Almost.....a Solid Week!

Even though I've been tracking here on and off for the past year, I restarted in earnest again on this past Friday. It feels so great! I'm going to a nutritionist tomorrow afternoon and decided that I need to track every little bit....not just until late night eating sets in. It's been a real eye opener, I'm bringing all the printouts to her tomorrow and I'm sure she'll tell me to cut down the calories a bit, but I'm ready for that. At least I'm being honest about what I'm eating, 100% of the time.

Does anyone else do that stuff??? Track until the day gets rough and then just let it go?? I'm hoping that I am so over it.

You can do it :) if late night eating is a problem, go brush your teeth, floss and click the 'complete this entry' button on your food diary after dinner. It helps; you won't want to have to brush your teeth all over again so you'll have an insentive not to keep snacking, and clicking that button feels nice and final. Reminds you you've had enough for one day.

Thanks for the ideas! I need to get it straight in my mind that once I DO click "Complete" that I don't go back in and add something. I'm guilty of THAT : )

Wy to go, keep it up! I do that sometimes and just stop adding my calories! Especially if it is at a party or if I have to enter the recipe. Time consuming for me. However when I do log the calories I usually find that it is not as bad as what I was expecting!
