i work out at 2 places during the week. one is the gym on base,i am retired military and the other is at a over 50s center.
now why are the calorie counts on the two machine so different. the one at base for example will show cal worked off as say 415 and doing the same exaact work out at the center will only show 135 calories, Why the difference and which should i go with..
