Runner that lifts....

I'm looking to be friend anyone who runs regularly and weight trains as well, would be nice to have some friends with the same fitness interests to share hints and tips with.

    Hi

    I've just joined MFP. I run three to four times a week, currently in training for a half marathon in May. I also usually do some form of strength training such as e.g. a Les Mills Bodypump class and I try to do at a Bodybalance class once a week for flexibility.

    Hi - yes to both questions. Working on getting to be a faster runner, not so much a distance runner. Also weight training, trying to convert fat to muscle at the age of 50. Been on MFP for about a year, about halfway to goal weight. Feel free to friend me!
