I have about 50-60 extra pounds of weight on me and not strong at all. I can get the cardio in but searching for any online FREE resources that would help with circuit or strength training that will not frustrate me in the beginning when I can't do much of anything. I don't want it to be sooo hard that I get discouraged. Can you recommend some online resources? THANK YOU!

A lot of people really like Fitness Blender so that's a good option for you. Regardless of the workout, just make sure they offer you modifications and it's also okay to modify the modifier if it's necessary, just go at your own pace and do what you can. The more you do it, the better you'll get!
