Newbie Terrified of Redundant Skin

Hi! I'm 48, female, and live in Everett, near Seattle, WA. I started losing in June of last year and met my first weight loss goal of 25 pounds down to 175. My hands now show my age, whereas before they were puffy with fat and wrinkle-free.

I became disgusted with the look of redundant skin and stopped losing weight by intentionally eating at starvation levels. Now if I eat a real sized meal I throw up into my own mouth, or lose the meal completely by vomiting, not on purpose, I am not bulimic.

I am a Type II diabetic and would like to continue to lose weight to be able to stop Metformin which can trigger some vomiting, but I am very concerned that any intimate partner I may have would not be able to tolerate the loose skin. And the answer isn't muscle will fill it in as some body parts do not contain muscle.
