Hey,
I am currently trying to log my breakfast into my diary. I had 50g porridge oats, which i have added with no problem.
It's just the milk i am having trouble with, i have had 150 ml of milk ... how can i input this??
I don't know what the decimal serving would be for this
thanks for any help, sorry if it seems like a stupid question, i am just trying to be super accurate

that is just over 1/2c...125ml = 1/2cup...but this can't be by weight as it is a liquid...it works out to 0.52 cups.0

I am a cook and live in Canada so I have measuring cups that are in both measurments...and 1cup =250ml so 130/250=0.520

i add milk each morning, search for the brand and then i add 250ml for mine.. if in the uk most of the brands are already entered. You should be able to find your brand then add 150ml.0
