How long does it take you to get ready each morning?

30 minutes tops and that includes looking after my dog.0

50-Mins bed to door, 55 if the kiddos are slacking LOL!
I shower at night after going to the gym, so it's get up, get kids up, fix kids' breakfast, get my hair done (I have short naturally curly hair, so it's wet it down, add some gel, hair spray and done) - get dressed - brush teeth, do make-up, help hubby fix my lunch, fix my coffee & breakfast, pack up my water for the day and out the door.
All the while motivating my 11 & 9 yr olds to get their butts out the door!
Thank Goddess my Hubby gets up with us every morning even when he's off otherwise I'd be royally screwed!0 -
from the end of my workout to the time I skip out the door to work, it's about 90 minutes. breakfast slows me down, but my life is so fast-paced, I really don't mind it.0

About an hour and a half. I put a huge priority on relaxing in the bath and having breakfast with my husband, though. I could technically get ready much, much faster.
6:00 wake up, use restroom, weigh in
6:10 hot bath - includes hair, face, body washing, shaving, and generally waking up, reflecting & relaxing
6:50 hair & makeup
7:05 cook & eat breakfast
7:30 brush teeth, get dressed
7:40-ish out the door0 -
15-20 minutes. I shower the night before. I usually hit snooze too many times to have enough time to bother with hair and makeup. I also figure out what I'm wearing during the week on Sunday evenings because I know I am so not a morning person. I need to have it all ready lol I pack my lunch and snacks the night before. I wake up my kids, they get themselves ready, let the dog out, make coffee, brush my teeth, get dressed, and fly out the door within that 15-20 minute time frame. I freaking hate mornings.....0

30-45 minutes depending on if I'm washing my hair and/or how I'm styling my hair. If I include coffee and mfp time.....well that can increase my time to like 2+ hours :laugh:0

It usually take me about 25-30 min if I don't have to iron my clothes and I shaved the night before.0
-
40 minutes, 15-20 minute shower, get dressed pack a carrot or two and out.0
-
My alarm goes off at 3am. I'm in the shower 60 seconds later. Shlt, showered, shaved and dressed in 10 minutes. 20 minute drive to work. Usually there by 3:30 to 3:40.
On the weekends I sleep in until 4 or 5 am.0 -
70 minutes - but I always make a pot of coffee and a hot breakfast.0
-
Been in the military too long, I can do the S S S in about 10 minutes!
I always showered at night and shaved in the morning, so I could get from bed to formation in seven minutes.0 -
Most mornings I wake up ready :blushing:0
-
It takes me about 1 hour:
Shower-25-30 minutes
Brush my teeth-5 minutes
Get dressed-10 minutes
Stare in the mirror-15
If I have to shave Im late for work about 10 minutes.
if its a non hair washing day... my alarm goes off at 6:18, i have to be out the house by 7:16 to get my normal bus...0 -
About 20 minutes to actually ****, shower, shave and get dressed, etc. But I also have to feed the dog and cat and usually make breakfast for everyone as well and help get the boys ready to roll to day-care, etc...so about 90 minutes altogether. I'm usually up at 5:30 and on the road by 7AM for my hour commute.0
-
I work from home, and shower at night, so getting ready involves ten minutes of coffee and breakfast, then sitting on the couch with my laptop. No makeup and I stay in what I slept in unless I have to leave the house. I'm gross.0
-
5 minutes..but my day starts in the gym.
The night before I pack my gym bag and have my clothes on the hangar so all I have to do when I get up is hit the pisser, hop on the scale, get dressed and roll out.
After my workout it takes me about 10-15 minutes in the gym to change, shower and get dressed. I have an hour commute each way so any time I can save the better.
I get to work at about 0715 and get breakfast from the Canteen there.0 -
Ya'll get ready so quickly! It takes me an hour minimum unless my hair's going up in a ponytail.
Shower, dry hair, straighten hair, figure out what I'm going to wear (sometimes this takes at least 20 minutes), pack lunch, feed dog, take dog out....
not having hair is definitely an advantage in efficiency0 -
45 min unless I wear my hair down then it's 1hour and 45 min
This sounds like me in high school. My hair was down to my waist and I wanted it perfectly blown out straight (this was before flat irons in the 1990s) so I woke up at 5:45 to wash and blow-dry my hair...on days I didn't wash my hair I could get up at 7:15. LOL0 -
45 minutes. I take about 25 minutes in the shower, 10 to get dressed, brush my teeth etc, 10 to blow dry my hair. Not really an everyday makeup person.0
-
The only thing I've learned from this thread is that I take WAY too long to get ready. I shower 3 times a day because Im naturally a sweaty person and hyper-paranoid of smelling.0
-
To actually get ready? About 30 minutes. I get up at 5 and spend about 30 minutes cruising the internet, then I get ready and leave myself about 10 minutes to get my breakfast and lunch packed for work. I let my hair air dry and don't wear make up much anymore. Although I should at least put on mascara to appear awake. LOL
If I don't leave my house by 6:11 the traffic patterns get so much worse and I am running to catch my bus.0 -
I am not even sure, as a mom of a toddler I do things in increments. I would say about 30 mins. If it's fancy like, an hour.0

50 minutes, exactly.
10 minutes: Shower/wash hair, brush teeth (I do it in the shower, don't judge, LOL), weigh-in (yes, I do it daily)
10 minutes: Get dressed, pull hair back (I do it at work when I get there)
10 to 15 minutes, depending on day: Make lunch for husband/myself, make coffee
10 to 15 minutes: Sip coffee, watch morning news, get grad school updates/assignments
Then a mile walk to the train station.0 -
