Tonight I'm having a turkey burger on an English muffin. I mix onion and mozzarella cheese into the meat and cook it on the stovetop, then top it with mustard, more onions, spinach, and a slice of tomato. For a side I'll probably have some veggies and diced watermelon. Yummy!

Tonight we are having king crab legs and roasted brussel sprouts.

Monday was a sandwich wrap because I had a commitment and no time to cook.
Last night we had dirty rice made with venison and a brown/wild rice mix and some raw veggies with dip.
Tomorrow it's supposed to be warm and sunny so we're planning to grill a large fillet of steelhead trout outside. Not sure what I'll serve with that yet.

Either a baked sweet potato or some ravioli in a butter sauce. I have strep, so anything solid or acidic hurts but I am soooooo sick of soup!

I don't have a ton of calories left for the day... so I think some raw cauliflower, a bit of baba ghanouj and a slice of my homemade, dark chocolate banana bread made with greek yogurt and apple sauce.

Check out my diary (I think it's public), but tonight for dinner I am having rice mixed with carrots, beans, some broccoli, leeks, an egg (scrambled in to the rice) and some chopped pork sausage.
I will have this with some fresh prawns cooked with sliced onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and soy sauce (plus lots of other spices and things), all topped with some chopped coriander.

Just over 780kcals. Perfect after zumba! :)
