Low Carb Eating

I need some simple dessert recipes with low carbs. Any ideas? I especially love chocolate!

My fav one is:

Fatfree ricotta cheese
A splash of Vanilla extract
A bit of sugar or Splenda (I prefer raw brown sugar)
And some extra dark chocolate chips. And just mix. And Voilaaaaa...... DELICIOUSNESSS! lol
