I fell off the wagon about 8 months ago, when the calorie amount droped down to 1460 calories / day. I quess I just thought I can't do that, I was doing so well with the 1560, I was totally shocked at the new number.
Anyone have any ideas how to get restarted?

If 1560 calories was working for you - stick to that.
Then try exercising more to allow you to stay eating at that amount, you could probably easily burn an extra 100 calories a day with half an hour of solid exercise, and then you wouldn't need to cut down the amount you're eating.
Good luck0
