Hello all! You can call me K. I really like this program I think it keeps me honest and on track. I need some motivators and I can return the favor. I have a bad sweet tooth so I need to be kept in line sometimes. I also get lazy at times and need the push to get to business. I hope everyone's exercise plan is going well. Good Luck!

    Hello! (From one K to another!) =) We are glad to have you here! I hear you on the sweet tooth - doesn't help that my boss keeps the candy dish on MY desk! Haha. Hopefully you can find some new alternatives - two of my faves are whole fruit popsicles and sugar free pudding.

  • Thanks! I am trying more and more sugar free items. It is just the sweet taste I crave. Flavored water and sugar free gum helps a lot. I hope we can keep each other motivated. Thanks for the add!
