For those who have had successful weight loss, how many ounces of water did you drink a day? I am currently drinking 100 ounces a day. Just curious to see what everyone else with success is doing.

I typically drink a gallon. Sometimes more if the workout is particularly long or I'm outdoors a lot.

anywhere from 100-150 oz per day, depending on whether I work out or if it's hot outside :) I don't really do it for the weight loss, but for overall health and wellness, since dehydration is no fun ;)

I've never really kept track so I don't know. Right now I have 4 empty water bottles on my desk at 16.9 oz each so 67.6 total so far and I'll keep going

I drink between 80-100. Usually no more than about "12 glasses"

I usually do have juice or coffee too.

    Go fluids!

Anywhere from 3-4 bottles of water. So about 50-67 ounces a day. I don't drink anything else in the day. I am just not a big "drinker".

Can't drinking to much water be bad for you to? When I first started losing weight in 201a I was with a nutritionist and she told me to consume between 48-64 oz a day.
