I am currently on week 2 and planning on going to get a stronger resistance band for pull up variations. What weight band would you recommend ? I am a female, 5'3 currently using 10,15 and 20s on my exercises. I think theres a couple exercises I use 5s. Trying to get the best results possible. I am not able to use a pull up bar because I have no where to put it, so bands is my only option at the moment.
Any other ladies starting or currently on P90X feel free to add me, could use the support. :-) Thanks

Hiya, using a set of bands (bodylastics) myself. As their bands are stackable, you can easily adjust the resistance as you get stronger. That should see you through the entire programme!0

Thank you! I will definitely look into that brand when I go shopping this weekend. Any idea what the resistance on those are? When I went to the sporting good store they had them in 10lb increments, this was a while ago and I was not specifically looking for some then just kind of ran into them.0

I have the max tension set, which has 6 bands - 3, 5 , 8, 13, 19 and 23 lbs, combining for 71 lbs total. There are sets that go way higher, should you wish.0

Thanks that helps a lot!0
