I got some butternut squash and spaghetti squash for the first time the other day. I have cooked both of them and am completely hooked. Good food and good for you. There are lots of recipes online, but I just cooked mine and added a little salt. The spaghetti squash is great in place of noodles or rice. If you haven't already, you've got to try these delicious fall squash!

One of my mates introduced me to using Spaghetti squash as a replacement for pasta...sneaky vegetable usage and so tasty!

Cleochatra has a couple recipes for spaghetti squash. I've made the Mexican Spaghetti Squash Casserole and it's really good. The egg keeps it from getting watery. Here are two links for you:

I love both of these and eat them all year long. On the spaghetti squash, you can drizzle with olive oil and toss in cheese - it is really good. With the butternut squash, at times I will pour just a small amount of maple syrup and brown sugar in the cavity at the end of the cooking time and put it back in the oven for a few minutes to let it blend together.
