Healthy meals for one- leftovers not allowed

So I'm having an issue with portion control, or simply control of myself. If I cook a proper meal, I usually end up with at least enough for 2. The problem is, if it tastes good, I can't stop thinking about the second portion until I've gone to the fridge and picked at it until its gone.

Advice on distractions from the second portion are not what I'm looking for right now.

Instead, I'd love if people could share some one portion, healthy, 550 calorie max, recipes . Anyone got anything interesting they want to share?

Yum. Eggs have been my go to food since I've started counting calories, so filling and quick!
