Allergies...

So my allergies have been really bad lately, to the point where my head feels like a parade balloon and my nose is stuffed six ways to sunday. Any suggestions for burning calories or exercising while my nose seemingly ways five pounds? Haha I've just been struggling trying to keep active! Ideas?

    If you have a place to go swimming, perhaps that is a workable option? The lack of pounding on joints and whatnot may be gentler on a body that is already battling allergens (and as pools generally be indoors this time of year - the environmental issues should be lessened?). (Just don't do any deepwater diving!) ^_^

    Or yoga? Just some stretching and breathing..nothing too brutal for the abused sinuses and a body that is trying to fight off something it views as an invasion.
