I was searching for some self motivation because I've been slipping on the eating lately (I don't use the 4 letter D word). This is a big change for me. I TRY and do 300 calorie meals and thats hard when going from eating till I'm "full" (stuffed) to 300 cals a meal. And It's worse at night, when I'm used to having large meals.

So, I started thinking about some of the things I thought to myself at each eating and decided to rename my meal names to these things:
OMG, Is it morning already?
Wow, I'm hungry!
Wait, has it been 3 hours?
What's for Dinner?!?
What are you lookin' at?
Did You Really Need That?

Its humorously boosting to me without being toooo rude. LOL

Do any of you use strange labels for your meals or any other things like this? Love to hear from you!
