how to lose the last 10 pounds

I really want to see my abs by june(my 24th) birthday and I'm not sure what I should be doing now. I've lost 104 pounds in 20 months, but now I've hit a plateau. I weight 151 pounds now and I've gained about 13 pounds from birth control (which made me hungry & retain fat!) and some muscle from high intensity exercise.

I want to know how to get out of this plateau and lose the last 8 pounds. I haven't been counting calories so much, cause I've heard what I eat is more important. Should I look more into my macro nutrient? I can't do low carb diet I get very week. I also eat a .25 cup of nuts and cook with olive oil, for healthy fat in my diet. I dont eat diary anymore cause it makes me gassy and bloated.
