New to MFP

Hi all fitness freaks ;)

I just started to track my food and exercise with MFP, so i need some friends to keep me motivated, and share my stuff with.

I used to track with Lifesum, so I'm not new to the tracking.
My plan is to log-in everyday.

My main actevity is weight lifting and I workout 5 times a week.

My foodtracking is visible for my friends.

If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask og add me.

    Hi! I am just back on mfp. I have never been much into exercise, probable because Im out of shape. ,I need to lose about 20 pounds and definitely need to start working out. My arms have saggy skin ... YUCK! I have started walking 1 1/2 miles at the track when the weather permits and I plan on adding some weight training.

    Well, I have been weight lifting on and off since i was 16 years old, but my current period started November 2013,and i lost 6 kg since.
