Hi! I'll start off by saying this site is awesome, and it's really been helping me out.

However, I feel like body maintenance and care in lieu of modelling is a bit difference than just trying to shed weight. I am currently 5'9", 135.4lbs, and I would love to get down to 130lbs-125lbs by early June. I know that the BMI scale states 125lbs as underweight for my height, but I have been there before and was approved by my doctor as perfectly healthy. I guess it's a bodytype thing.

Anyhow, this isn't just any photoshoot, it's a bodypaint competition. Total nudity apart form paint, pasties, and minimal underwear. I look 'fine' right now, but I'd love to target my midsection and really make sure that I don't have a tummy pouch when I am up on stage in front of hundreds of people. I did this last year when I was 15lbs heavier, and still had a blast, so I'm not freaking out or anything. I just want to give my artist the best canvas possible.

What do you guys Suggest I start doing? my Diary is open, and I am totally ignorant as far as calisthenics and weight training. All I have been doing is running in the mornings so far, and I have dropped roughly 6lbs in 3 weeks.

Thank you guys :)
