As much as people pride themselves on physical appearance, they should also take pride in their mental appearance as well. (example: grammar)

Agree. Grammar is pretty simple to learn and if one can't even discipline themselves to bother to spell correctly, chances may be they approach other challenges the same. This may not always be the case, but habitual behavior usually carries over to other endeavors.

I have 2 pet peeves:

1) "If you have any questions, contact John or myself". Ugh. I can contact myself. You can contact yourself. She can contact herself. He can contact himself. We can contact ourselves. But you cannot contact myself. And I cannot contact yourself. "Self" is reflexive. Get it? I hear this every day at work.

2) "I could care less". Ugh. They mean "I couldn't care less". Think about it. On a scale of zero - 10, zero meaning you don't care at all, if you totally don't care, that means there is no way for you to care any less than you do. So basically if you say "I could care less", that means you at least care a little bit. Maybe you care at level 2, or 5, or 10. No clue, because you are just saying that there is the possibility of caring less.

But remember WE are too stooooooopid to be able to read/understand the post written in the poorest of grammar ever about some Husband-brother (is that, like when you marry your brother in West Virginia????) and then expected to give advice about the wedding upon having heaps of vitriol thrown at us and then should she stay or should she go now na na na na na na na?

(Yeah...who needs grammar when stream of consciousness writing is so much better.)
