ok... this is a really great workout... one of my favorites...
its called the ( basketball push-up )... ok get a basketball and make shore its all the way pumped up, now put your week hand on the ball, and your strong hand on the ground at a wide grip, do 10 reps with that hand, now put your neas on the ground and quickly switch hands on the ball, do 10 reps with the other hand, now put both hands on the ball and spread your feet out to shoulder length apart and do only 5 reps like that, thats 1 set... ( note; when both hands are on the ball and your going down to touch the ball, make shore its right under your chest, and control yourself.. dont try and do it fast, keep it a slow to medium pase )... when you do the next set start off with the other arm... do 4 set...
this will get areas of your chest you didnt even know you had, and it gets the shoulders, wings, arms, and your core... try it and tell me what you think...
