burn 70,000 calories in 100 days

I gave myself a goal of burning 70,000 calories in 100 days. This represents 20 lbs, since we need to burn 3500 cals per pound. I am not good at cutting calories out of my nutrition so I chose to burn it through exercise. So daily I try to burn 700 calories more or less, and if I don't I try to compensate on other days. Usually I run 60 min on the treadmill and it does the trick, but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for exercises that burn calories faster or more efficiently. Let me know!!

Oh and 20lbs is a weight that I gained 2 years ago within 6 months due to stress in my life. So In August of this year I am planning to run a half marathon and I want to feel light on my feet like I once used to. I am 5'7" 150lbs, so a goal weight of 130lbs is reasonable.

You can't out exercise a bad diet. If you workout according to your plan you WILL lose weight most likely but what happens when you stop?

Weight loss begins on your plate.

I was never one for calorie restriction either but now IIFYM has really changed my life life :)
