Anyone who has had a gastric bypass?

I had a gastric bypass 6 years ago and regained some of the weight and I feel like I have found a "cheat" around having to eat smaller portions, I just eat many meals that arent good for me. I know longer have the full feeling or the tightness I had in the beginging or the dumping that I would get if I ate bread or something else that would cause me to vomit because it was uncomfortable or made me too full. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on the best way to get back to following the eating plan that you should when you have this type of surgery or have a similar situation?
