I'm looking into loosing weight. I'm 324lbs now, my normal carb take in is between 250-300gr. a day. I take in 2500 cal. and my calorie break down is 55% carbs, 30% protein and 15% fat. I walk over 2hrs a day at my job and go to the gym 4x a week. I also figured out that 80% of my carb intake is from complex carbs (oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole grain pasta, brown rice).

Why do you ask? My carbs represent about 25% with fats around 45% and protein around the 30% mark.0

There's a lot of diets out there... In my opinion the most important thing is having a caloric deficit and eating more carbs on workout days and less on resting days. If you're eating 250-300 carbs everyday then keep eating that on workout days. On resting days try to eat like 100g, and replace those missing carbs with protein and healthy fats.0
