my nose BLEW UP

So, I have gained a mass amount of weight over the past 2-3 years... and when I say mass, I mean 60 pounds. It's weird because I was looking at pictures on my facebook, and jeez did my nose get HUGE! Did something similar to this happen to anyone else when they gained weight? I'm back to working on myself, but I want this nose issue to GO AWAY
