Is insanity dvd like the downloading ones?

I thought to buy the dvds for insanity but than I saw on their website that we can download them as well? Is it the same stuff you can get on dvd or did they cut off things on the downloading ones? I want to know the difference between them. Other than you get a calendar and the schedule the what to eat thing. Is there any other difference?
