Need more protein. At least the MFP target, which is still too low imo.

No such thing as too much fruit. As long as you are getting your green leafy vegetables, and your fruit, you are doing it right.

Healthy? Yes. But if I ate that many carbs vs. fat and protein in a day, I'd be STARVING.

If you find that you are often hungry, you could raise your fat and protein, and lower your carb intake.

Really? There's absolutely such a thing as too much fruit if it's keeping you from getting enough protein and fat, and it's putting you over your calorie goal. If your calorie goal is 2000 calories a day and you have eaten 2000 calories today and you've hit your protein, fat, carb, fiber and micronutrient goals, then by definition, eating an apple on top of that would be unhealthy...

Are you vegetarian? If so, need some more vegetarian protein sources. Not the fake vego foods. I think you have enough fruit and need more vegetables.

Based on your diary, you eat high carb, low fat, low protein. You need to increase your protein intake. You eat enough fruit. Incorporate more veggies into your diet. Yes, your sugar intake is high, but most of it comes from fruit which is all natural so it's OK.
