Lifting Weights at Home

Can anyone please advise what is the best weights exercise at home. I have barbells and hand weights. I get on the bike in my garage 5-6 days out of 7 and this is helping a lot but I was wanting to try some weights at home as well. Any help would be appreciated.

    You should be able to do -

    Squats
    Bent Over Row
    Deadlift
    Standing Press
    Bicep Curls

    - with weights on a bar. If you don't have a bench then you can still do -

    A chest press movement while lying on the floor
    Close grip bench press while lying on the floor

    Chest development wont be great like that but it's better than nothing. I'm sure there are many other exercises you can do with the equipment you have but the ones I mentioned are a great place to start. Have a look on youtube for advice on correct technique/form.
