How to add odd days of standing work

Normally my everyday activity is sedentary and so I have my activity level set to this, however for my weekend work I have to be on my foot and moving back and forth for 8 or 9 hours and I'm not sure how to accommodate for this on My Fitness Pal. I don't want to increase my calorie goal by much on these days but definitely need to be eating more than my normal goal.
Does anyone else have a similar situation or can anyone recommend how they would deal with recording this?
Thanks in advance!

I have the Wii Fit Meter. I put it on my pants after I've had breakfast and let it record my movements. I work 3-4 days a week, depending on available hours and on my regular five hour shifts, I burn about 380 calories. On my longer Friday shifts, I burn about 400 calories, or more depending. I work retail/replenishment at a craft store, so CONSTANTLY moving to get stuff out on the floor. I would suggest a Wii Fit Meter if you have the Wii U, but if not, a basic pedometer would probably do.0
