Has anyone noticed results with her one mile walks?
If so, how well did it work for you and how long did it take?

    I have her 5 day slim down DVD...it is 5 different miles and I usually pick 2 out of the 5 miles...so I walk 2 miles per day. I love it! I also don't *walk* every day...about 4 days per week. Of course with staying within my calories I have lost 21 lbs in about 11 weeks.
  • Just started the 5 mile fat burning walk yesterday... did 5 miles yesterday and 5 miles again today! I cant believe how much i can actually feel it in my legs today! And I have been walking 3-5 miles a day for the last 5 months... and still getting a pretty good workout with this. Cant wait to see if i get some results! I am also doing 30 day shred at night and eating healthy!

    I love the WATP workouts. I started out doing one mile a day and worked up from there. I seldom do less than 2 miles now and usually 3 or 4. I haven't done very much of any other kinds of exercises other than experimenting here and there.

    Sandara told me about the Leslie DVDs and I've been walking ever since. I see a lot of improvement in my legs and stomach. I'm amazed every time I try a smaller size....and it fits!!! Leslie's walking DVDs ROCK!!!
