feeling tired

Hi!i'm doing focus t25 since monday,and today i feel so tired and my muscles are so sore and today its the "harder"workout,i dont know what to do,if i skip today and do tomorrow normally or if do the workout today anyway. I dont know..like i've said im really tired and afraid that wont make it but im gonna feel bad tomorrow if i dont do "anything"today. Help please..

    If you're super worn down, take a rest day today, and pick up with the schedule tomorrow. That's what I would do to let my body recover.

    If you're that wore out, take a rest day. The good thing about T25 is that you get 2 rest days/week. Take tomorrow off and the next pick up where you left off. There is not problem with moving the rest days around. Also, starting something new is always hard on the body. You're working muscles differently, so you're going to be more sore. Keep going though, that will only last for a week, maybe 2. Then your body will adapt and the amount of soreness will greatly decrease.
